The Casino at Resort Scenery
The Albion Room is a licensed gaming room inside a hotel. It takes up 290 m² off the lobby on the ground floor, holds 38 machines and 7 tables, and opens noon to 2.30am, seven days a week. Casino games here are dealt by people, at a physical table, in this room.
All of it happens on the premises. There is no application to download, no account to open, and nothing on this website that can be played or staked. That is how a New Zealand gaming room works. Entry is restricted to people aged 20 and over under the Gambling Act 2003, and photo identification is checked at the door every visit — including for guests we know by name, including at half past midnight, including when there is a queue behind you.
