1. What this covers

This page covers resortscenery.com, operated by Resort Scenery Hospitality Ltd (NZBN 9429048817326). 2. What this site sets

Essential storage only, unless you agree to more. None of it identifies you and none of it is shared with anyone.

  • rs_adult — essential. Records that you answered the age question, so the question is not repeated on every page. Kept in your browser until you clear it. It holds the word “yes” and nothing else.
  • rs_cookiechoice — essential. Records the answer you gave on the cookie notice, so the notice stops appearing. Kept in your browser until you clear it.
  • Form token and open time — essential. Two hidden values inside the enquiry form itself, not stored in your browser at all. They exist so that a submission can be told apart from an automated one, and they are discarded the moment the form is processed.

3. Analytics and marketing

The notice offers Analytics and Marketing categories. As at the date at the top of this page we run neither: there is no analytics tag, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracker anywhere on this website. The categories exist so that if aggregate visitor counting is ever added, it runs only for people who have already said yes — and this page will carry the specifics before it does.

Resort Scenery is a hotel and entertainment resort at St Clair in Dunedin, New Zealand. This website carries information about our rooms, restaurant, bar, bathhouse, event spaces, gaming room and guest services. The Albion Room holds gaming machines, table games and live table gaming on the premises only, for guests and visitors aged 20 and over, and closes at 2.30am.

There is no play on this website. Resort Scenery runs no internet gaming, no betting service and no remote gaming of any kind. Nothing here accepts a stake, a deposit or a wager, and no account can be opened. Gaming happens in one room of this building, in person, under the Gambling Act 2003 and the conditions of our licence.
