Two nights in an Esplanade Room with breakfast for two both mornings in The Beacon Room. Parking on site is included, which it is not on the street outside.
The same two nights with The Saltwater Bathhouse added: use of both pools and the steam room on each day of the stay, and one 50-minute treatment per guest.
Three nights in a Verandah Room, breakfast every morning, dinner for two on one evening of the stay, and checkout at two on the last day.
One night with dinner for two in The Beacon Room — three courses from the set menu, which is rewritten when the supply changes. Sunday to Thursday.
Two nights with breakfast and NZ$40 of gaming credit for The Albion Room, loaded at reception on arrival. The credit is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, does not carry over to a later stay, and is not issued to anyone under twenty.
Per person per day in The Peninsula Room or The Roslyn Room. Room hire from eight until five, morning and afternoon tea, a working lunch, projector and screen, and a technician on call. Minimum twelve delegates.
One package includes NZ$40 of credit for The Albion Room. It is loaded onto a card at reception when you check in, and it works only in that room, in this building.
There is no play of any kind on this website. The credit exists on a card at a desk in St Clair and nowhere else.
Negotiated annually for companies putting through more than forty room nights a year, and available on application for stays of seven nights or longer. Both are handled by the reservations desk on +64 3 455 2194. Neither is published, because both depend on the volume and the season.
